When a car battery decides to suddenly die! Yesterday, my car battery decided to give up unexpectedly (well, thinking back, there may have been a few indications). I called Gebhardt to bring in my car and they said the first appointment was July 23 (11 days later). Of course, I panicked! Stefan said he could work it in, but I would have to leave the car and it may be a few days before I could get it back. Well...we have guests in town this weekend and our other car was o...ut on loan to a friend in Denver for the weekend (we live in the mountains near Boulder). Having no other recourse (other than to drive to another dealership that I have no experience with) than to agree to leave my car, so we did. About 4 o'clock, Stefan texted that the car wasn't in yet, but he was still trying to get it done. At 5 o'clock, Stefan texted that the car was in and would be ready by 6 o'clock. I was elated and headed down mountain, but got caught in Boulder's heavy traffic and I knew I wouldn't get there by 6:00, so I texted and called Stefan. He graciously said he would wait for me to get there, and he greeted us with humor and we thanked him heartily! We had a wonderful conversation, and then I couldn't find my credit card and he offered to send me a link so I could pay when I got home. THIS IS THE MOST WONDERFUL PERSONALIZED SERVICE EVER! Enough is enough! This guy Wayne provides extraordinary service with the personal touch. I have run into sorius family issues in the past week. I explained to Wayne what I thought was wrong with my vehicle and he simply said to me “you have bigger things to worry about let me figure out what is wrong with your car and put you in a good position.“ A lot of times service providers are really order takers, at times even thieves, not at all the case with Wayne. I’ll could gush all day about this service department but just trust me and trust them. I guess there is a reason why he has the position he does in a prominent community like this. Quality work, quality individuals, quality dealership, at least I know, 1st hand the service Dept is. Thanks to all the guys that turn wrenches there. We appreciate you. Matthew

Wayne and the fellas in the service Dept Get my appreciation and my five stars. It is so easy for a person in the position of a service provider to push some of the work onto the person receiving the service. I dropped off my vehicle and received an update, hours later, via text message, about the things I needed to repair. I've been received a message from Wayne letting me know that I was in good hands. The peace of mind, the professionalism, these things cannot be quantified when putting a value on them. Very happy with this team at VW Boulder
